After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

By Car: - From motorways A61-A62-A68-A64 and from the ring road, Follow signs for Centre Ville and then to in the direction of Down town. Take exit number 15. By train: The hotel is located at about 400 metres from the Matabiau rail station By Public Transport: The hotel is located about 200 metres from city buses and airport shuttle (Jeanne d’Arc). The Underground is 400 metres away (Matabiau station). By plane: The hotel is 10 km from the International Toulouse Blagnac Airport.
